At The Shelving Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our distribution center using a carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned shelving, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
